Feel at home! Check-In Guide Before your arrival, you’ll receive a digital guide with step-by-step check-in instructions, images, and essential info to make your arrival seamless. Last-Minute Bookings Same-day bookings require a minimum lead time of one day to prepare for your arrival. Advance bookings take priority, so if booking last minute, please understand that a 3 pm check-in may not always be possible. Early Check-In We aim to accommodate early check-ins when possible. Standard check-in is at 3 pm, and if you’d like earlier access, booking the night before may be an option based on availability. Late Check-Out We understand you may wish to enjoy a bit of extra time. Late check-outs can sometimes be arranged; please reach out the evening before departure to discuss options. For extended check-outs beyond noon, an extra night’s fee may apply. Starter Supplies To make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive, we provide a selection of starter toiletries and essentials. These are meant to cover your initial needs. Baby Amenities We provide a porta cot and baby chair. Booking Agreement By confirming your stay, you acknowledge having reviewed all listing details, amenities, and policies. House Rules Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No Parties or Events: Parties or gatherings are not allowed on the premises. Visitor Limit: Only the guests included in the booking are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please adhere to these times to ensure proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Damages: Any damages caused to the property or furnishings will be charged to the guest. Parking: Please use designated parking spots. Ensure vehicles are parked legally at all times. Garbage and Recycling: Follow the local guidelines for garbage and recycling.
